How is payment handled?
Credit Cards, checks, or cash; we do require payment in full prior to our Services.

What if we are “running” late and do not finish on time?
We will bill you for the overtime….

Can we have drinks and food on the bus?
That is fine, but we do need to know ahead of time….

What if I don’t know the exact times and addresses yet?
That’s all right, reserve your equipment now and take care of those details later….

What if my group size changes before the charter date?
Just call us and we will look into changing your vehicle size….

Can we fit just one extra person on the bus?
No, unfortunately there must be one seat per person….

Do the buses have TV/DVD and CD Players ect?
Yes most do, but let us know ahead of time….
